High Flying Streamer Wants to Rent a Private Jet Just to Legally Gamble Online

Spread the love

In the world of high stakes online gambling streaming, a big win isn’t just a nice payday from the casino. It could also mean a viral clip that gets millions of views on social media, making even more money. Despite this, many streamers live in the US where online gambling isn’t universally legal. One popular streamer this week says he’s had a crazy idea to get around this state of affairs.

Hugely popular live streamer Adin Ross is no stranger to controversy and excess. From paying a stream viewer to drive his car into a lake, to handing out $25,000 to strangers in a casino or admitting he spends $450,000 a month, Ross has plenty of money to back up his antics.

Recently, Ross was in Miami. While streaming himself watching fellow live streamer TrainwreckTV win $37 million playing online slots, Ross claimed he wants to get around Florida’s online casino laws by hiring a private jet to fly around the nearby islands of The Bahamas while he gambles.

Streamer Turned Real Life Gambling Aviator

If there’s one online casino game Ross has to play while in the air, it would be Aviator MZ. Available all over the world at offshore casinos Aviator – and crash games like it – are the latest big trend in cryptocurrency casino games.

Ross has been known to play the simple but engaging Aviator game before. It lets players predict how high a cartoon plane will fly before falling, choosing when to cash out as the multiplier gets higher. Ross has played the game for high stakes as well. So it only makes sense he goes back to the game if he pulls off his private jet plan.

To hire a private jet equipped with Starlink satellite internet could cost around $5000 to $10,000 an hour. Depending on the type and size of jet.

Ross has been known to stream from 1 hour to 12 or even 24 hours. So, assuming a flight time of six hours circling above the Bahamas and an hour from and to Miami, he would be looking at around $90,000 for the trip (after taxes).

That, of course, doesn’t include the cost of his gambling deposit. Ross usually starts at around $10K deposit for casino streams, but could conceivably go higher if going all out on a private jet stream. Although he could also get lucky and win big, which might even cover the cost of the whole plan.

The Crazy Economics of Gambling Streaming

Even if he doesn’t win with the gambling it’s possible the social media views from the stunt alone could cover the cost.

Ross is rumored to earn $10,000 to $100,000 an hour of streaming, depending on how many live viewers he gets. His gambling sessions, of which he has not been doing so many since moving to Florida, tend to attract good viewership levels and chartering a private jet for the stream would add a level of extra interest.

It’s a risk of course. But Ross’ lifestyle – and net worth of $25 million – has been built on taking risks, both in gambling and in his career.

A Provocateur for the Internet Age

Ross moved to Florida in 2020, but spent a few years travelling to Canada in order to fulfil his gambling stream obligations.

The live-streamer was born in Florida, before moving to New York City and then Los Angeles. The latter was where he kickstarted his live streaming career in earnest, pulling in millions of viewers for his awkward antics and controversial humor.

He now regularly pulls in upwards of 150,000 viewers per stream. Now on platform Kick, after being booted from Twitch due to allegedly encouraging inappropriate behaviour from his stream chat.

Since hitting it big Ross has made friends with many high profile conservative figures in the US, including the Nelk Boys and Andrew Tate. That peaked in 2024, when Ross sat down for a two hour long interview with then former President Donald Trump.

Biggest Gambling Streamers

Ross’ idea for a high stakes gambling stream on a private jet might be unique, but he is hardly near the top earning gambling streamer.

In fact, Ross revealed his private jet plan live on stream after watching TrainwreckTV win $37 million playing online slots.

Tyler “Trainwrecks” Nikam is one of the highest paid gambling streamers. He has millions of followers across Kick, Twitch and YouTube – and is now the world record holder for biggest online slots win.

Other popular gambling streamers who regularly put down tens of thousands per stream include:

  • Xposed
  • Roshtein
  • xQc
  • Vegas Matt
  • Casino Daddy

After winning the $37 million max payout on the Hex Appeals slot – from a $6000 bet – Trainwreck took two days off streaming before talking about the win. He said he thinks no-one will beat his record for a long time.

The high stakes win is unusual in that almost every other online casino jackpot record before this was won by basically anonymous players hitting big progressive jackpots from very small stakes. Trainwreck’s win wasn’t even on a progressive jackpot slot, he just hit the slot’s max payout with a huge bet.

The new record holder being an online gambling streamer, alongside the lengths streamers like Ross’ propose to keep up their content, clearly illustrates just how much gambling streaming has grown in the past few years.
